2. Gargling will also wash away bacteria, and will affect test results.
3. Drinking water prior to the test can affect the results of the test.
4. The nurse should ask the client to open her mouth, stick out her tongue, and say ah to provide a clear path to the back of the throat to gather the sample.

1. Adventitious breath sounds are abnormal findings, and contain various abnormal sounds.
2. Unequal does not describe adventitious breath sounds.
3. Wheezing is an abnormal sound in the lungs, and is considered adventitious.
