Answer to Question 1

Answer: A

Healthcare teams are made up of professionals from different areas of expertise, each with equal input and accountability, with the shared goal of delivering comprehensive, high-quality care to clients. Healthcare groups are made up of members of the same profession, and have one leader. Clients and families are included in the healthcare team's decision-making process. Healthcare teams are utilized anywhere in health care where multiple areas of expertise are needed, and not only for extremely ill clients.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: B, E, A, D, F, C

The nurse's priority should follow the A-B-Cs, or airway, breathing, and circulation. Audible wheezes could indicate an obstruction and should be attended to first. Dyspnea indicates a problem with breathing and should be addressed next. Bleeding could impact circulation and should be addressed third. Pain control should be addressed fourth. Reinforcement of teaching can occur fifth and helping with menu completion can occur last.
