Answer to Question 1

Answer: C, D

Intense tremors similar to shaking chills can occur in the mother after birth and have been explained as being caused by a reaction to epidural anesthesia or a reaction to maternal adrenal production during labor and birth. The nurse would need to assess the client's temperature to determine the presence of a fever. Indications of a full bladder would most likely be a displaced uterus. Shaking chills after delivery is not evidence of incomplete expulsion of the placenta.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: A, B, E

Risk factors for rape include drug use, having been previously raped, and poverty. Living with parents and attending college are not specific risk factors for rape.
