Answer to Question 1

Answer: C, E

Hindus and Seventh-Day Adventists are likely to be vegetarian. The Anglican, Episcopalian, and Catholic religions may involve some degree of abstention from food, but such clients are not likely to be vegetarian because of their religious beliefs.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: D

Dialectical behavior therapy is a cognitive and behavioral therapy used specifically for borderline personality disorder. Dialectical behavior therapy has been shown to decrease suicidal behavior, hospitalization, and treatment dropout while improving interpersonal functioning and anger management. This is what the client most likely will be prescribed. Exercise therapy and occupational therapy are not known to improve borderline personality disorders. Vitamin B12 injections might be indicated if the client demonstrates depressive episodes.
