Answer to Question 1

Answer: A, C, D, E

Acute pancreatitis develops suddenly, typically with an abrupt onset of continuous severe epigastric and abdominal pain. Systemic complications of acute pancreatitis include intravascular volume depletion. Other manifestations of acute pancreatitis include nausea and vomiting which result in imbalanced nutrition. Impaired swallowing is not associated with pancreatitis.
