  1. Suctioning the oropharynx if there are any secretions present

  3. Suctioning the tracheostomy tube

The tracheostomy tube would only be suctioned if indicated; this would not be a routine step to perform at all times. The other steps would routinely be performed prior to capping the tube.

The pipe cleaner should not be used to dry the outside of the cannula, only the inside. The remaining steps are correct.
