In recent years, many corporations have moved their corporate headquarters, at least in
  name, to other countries, such as Bermuda, so they can avoid paying American taxes,
  while still benefiting from the services provided by the American government.


 
  What will be an ideal response?

Question 2

Students attending public colleges and universities receive a subsidy from those states
  in the form of resident tuition that is far less than the actual cost of their educations.
  Should this be considered a form of welfare?
