The court said that voluntary surrogacy with no exchange of money was acceptable, but
  the type of contract at issue here was degrading to women and potentially could coerce
  and exploit poor women who are in need of money, even at the risk of their own health in
  carrying the pregnancy.

freely consented to the arrangement, there are some things money cannot buy, the
court said. Do you agree with the court's approach of protecting women from exploitation
or do you believe adult women should be able to make this decision on their own? What
reasoning supports your conclusion?
