Food intolerances are part of this assessment. Depending on risk factors and other findings, a blood glucose test may be warranted.

ANS:
120 mg/dose
264 lb  (2.2 lb/kg) = 120 kg.
3 mg/kg/day  120 kg = 360 mg/day.
360 mg/day  3 divided doses = 120 mg/dose.
