I'm working on a homework assignment for health, and can't seem to find my state's laws on partner notification for STDs/HIV. I dont want you to do the assignment for me, just point me in the right direction for my research, if possible. Thanks!

I'm not sure about specific laws on partner notification per se... in general, finding laws about specific things will be hard, since laws are changing ALL the time.  That's why we aim to follow the more basic laws, because they help us avoid legal surprises.

But, I think that the general rule is this:  if you knowingly have an STD, you are not allowed to have sex with someone without them knowing..
