The Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution includes a guarantee of the right to...
1) assemble peacefully
2) have a job
3) strike against an employer
4) vote in elections

please explain your answer! :) thanks!

I'm not interested in hearing you say "do your own homework" or "look it up yourself". I asked this question because I needed help on it. I asked to explain your answer so I could learn from it.
this is 1 question out of 75.  just for the record, I figured the other 75 out myself.
ace, I DID look it up and I couldn't find the answer. that's why I decided to come onto here as a last resort.

I shouldn't have to explain such things.

This is not an opinion question:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

To a Democrat it would be all of the above regardless of the facts.

1) assemble peacefully.

The first amendment gives you the right to freedom of Speech, and along with it peaceful assembly. The right to vote wasn't granted to everyone (constitutionally speaking) until decades later.

Every flu season is different, and even healthy people can get extremely sick from the flu, as well as spread it to others. The flu season can begin as early as October and last as late as May. Every person over six months of age should get an annual flu vaccine. The vaccine cannot cause you to get influenza, but in some seasons, may not be completely able to prevent you from acquiring influenza due to changes in causative viruses. The viruses in the flu shot are killed—there is no way they can give you the flu. Minor side effects include soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given. It is possible to develop a slight fever, and body aches, but these are simply signs that the body is responding to the vaccine and making itself ready to fight off the influenza virus should you come in contact with it.
