1. Phimosis is a condition of narrowing of the opening of the prepuce wherein the foreskin cannot be drawn back over the glans penis.
2. Cryptorchidism is a condition in which the testicles have failed to descend into the scrotum.
3. Epispadias or hypospadias are congenital defects in which the urethral opening is located on the dorsum or underside of the penis.

As a medication, dopamine is used in the treatment of shock and is a neurotransmitter in the nervous system.
Epinephrine acts as a vasoconstrictor, vasopressor, cardiac stimulant, antispasmodic, and sympathomimetic. Its main function is to assist in the regulation of the sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system.
Norepinephrine acts as a vasoconstrictor, vasopressor, and a neurotransmitter. It elevates systolic and diastolic blood pressure, increases the heart rate and cardiac output, and increases glycogenolysis.
