Utilitarians nearly always oppose affirmative action, since it is fairly clear that the harms of such policies outweigh their benefits.

A Kantian would certainly believe that no one should be (unjustly) discriminated against, but her reasons would be different. The Kantian is concerned with respecting persons' dignity and autonomy, not maximizing overall happiness.
