A 59-year-old man was found lying in the subway terminal. He had collapsed and was unresponsive. A passerby began CPR while waiting for an ambulance. He arrived in the ER asystole. Diagnosis was cardiopulmonary arrest probably secondary to an acute MI. Family is requesting an autopsy. Assign the appropriate code(s).
