Anesthesia for procedures involving plastic repair of cleft lip on 6-month-old child. This is a normal healthy patient who was born with a cleft lip. An anesthesiologist provided anesthesia. Assign the CPT anesthesia code with appropriate CPT physical status and HCPCS level II anesthesiologist modifiers.

Question 2

Anesthesia for electroconvulsive therapy. This patient has severe bipolar disease. An anesthesiologist provided anesthesia. Assign the CPT anesthesia code with appropriate CPT physical status and HCPCS level II anesthesiologist modifiers.
