Upon receipt of cash or checks from patients for payment, the medical biller is responsible for making a deposit slip indicating all of the collections for the day. How often should these deposits be made to the bank?
 
  a. Daily
  b. At the end of each week
  c. At the beginning of each month
  d. At the beginning of each week

Question 2

If the provider wishes to have the court collect fees (given that the provider has won in court), the provider should:
 
  a. write a letter to the court requesting such action.
  b. notify the court clerk before the hearing.
