Upon receipt of cash or checks from patients for payment, the medical biller is responsible for making a deposit slip indicating all of the collections for the day. How often should these deposits be made to the bank?
 
  a. Daily
  b. At the end of each week
  c. At the beginning of each month
  d. At the beginning of each week
