If a subpoena is directed at a practice (group of physicians) and is for a medical record, who can accept the subpoena?
 
  a. The person designated to be in charge of medical records
  b. The receptionist

Question 2

When an original medical record is subpoenaed, why should the practice keep a copy of the record sent with pages numbered?
