Patient is a 27-year-old woman who has a strong family history of ovarian cancer. She decided to have a CEA test done at a lab that contract with a local grocery store chain. The lab will run a variety of blood tests. The patient decided to see what her CEA level was, and was understandably distressed to find the results were very high. She made an appointment with her PCP to discuss the findings. Her PCP decided to re-run the CEA test and perform some other blood work before determining a plan of action.
 
  Dx: Family history of ovarian cancer; elevated CEA level
  What will be an ideal response?

Patient is a 58-year-old male who underwent a chest x-ray prior to cardiac surgery. The radiologist noted a round, approximately 2 cm nodule on the LUL. No previous x-rays were available for comparison.
