ICD-10-PCS contains a number of new procedural terms. What impact does this have on physicians?
 
  a. It will have a huge impact. Doctors will have to learn and use all the new terms.
  b. There will be no real impact because they are not expected to document using these terms.
  c. Physicians will have to learn the new terms and take an exam on the new terms before they can document in the electronic health records.
  d. Charts will be considered incomplete and will be returned to the physicians for updating. This will cause the delinquency rates to skyrocket.
