Answer to Question 1

gastrostomy tube

Answer to Question 2

Answers should include (but may not be limited to) the following:
 Identify the differences between
 Pediatric critical care patient transport
 Neonatal intensive care and
Initial and continuing intensive care services
The essential differences between each of these three subcategories identify the setting, critical nature of the presenting problem, as well as the status of the patient's health at the time of the E/M service visit.
All three are listed under one category because the clinical needs of a neonatal or pediatric patient are different from the clinical needs of an adult patient. Rationale supporting this statement is appropriate, using physiologic, pathologic, and anatomic data from the textbook (and/or anatomy/physiology texts).
