 Reviewing diagnostic testing
 Obtaining old records
 Obtaining additional history from someone other than the patient
 Discussion of diagnostic results with physician who performed the diagnostic testing
 Independent visualization of image, tracing, or scan by physician performing the E/M service.
And identify at least two aspects of the documentation guidelines the reader finds easiest to understand and why.
