Answer to Question 1

Uninhibited contractions would refer to involuntary contractions of the bladder.

Answer to Question 2

VUR (vesicoureteral reflux) is indicated when the tracer is seen moving through the ureters and into the bladder and then returning to the ureters. The reflux causes urine from the bladder to return to the ureters, causing the tracer activity to appear in the ureters again.
