AST 33 is most likely incorrect (this is within the normal range of AST, but the dictation indicated the value should be abnormal. If one assumes that the dictation should be remains normal (instead of remains abnormal), then the ALT value is transcribed incorrectly. But, given the high viral load, it is more likely that the lab values would remain abnormal..
