I have to take a certain amount of social science classes in order to get my associates before I move onto a four year college and I decided to sign up for psychology.
I was just wondering what exactly it is and is it a fun class? I don't want it to be too difficult because I'm taking 17 credits and it is also a hybrid class (meets once a week face to face then the rest is online).

I am going to be taking Psychology next year at A level and it will be really fun - It's all about the human mind and it's really interesting and fun so I'm excited about doing it. Everyone I know who does it loves it, I recommend it

Psychology is the study of the brain and humans. How we interact with each other and what makes us who we are.

There are different types of psychology such as developmental psychology, which focuses on human life and the developments of it.

It's a very interesting field. But you have to take psychology 100, which is Survey of Psychology and that takes a lot of writing. I remember having the option of writing one long research paper or three short ones. My teacher did things differently haha.

After you survive psychology 100, THEN you can get into the fun and interesting classes.

Psychology is the study of the mind and behavior.  At the introductory level you will be learning about the key figures in Psychology and their schools of thought or their theories about why people behave the way they do.  You will also learn a little bit about psychological disorders like depression, schizophrenia, and anorexia.  It can be a very fun and interesting class if you stay involved with it and do not slack off.  Make sure you "attend" your class at least 3 times a week- turn on your computer and log into your online class for an hour each time and get your homework done and take your tests.  Do not put it off because then it will become a tough class.  The amount of writing required for your class will depend on how your professor wishes to teach the course.
