  1. Attending a birthday party outside of the hospital.
   2. Providing special toys for favorite patients.
   3. Reporting suspected child abuse.
   4. Keeping a secret about suspected child abuse to keep confidentiality with the patient.

A newborn has been diagnosed with tracheoesophageal fistula. The nurse should ask for clarification of the doctor's orders if the chart states to:
