The most frequent presenting signs of leukemia are related to bone marrow infiltration. The main symptoms are:
 
  1. Anemia, infection, and bleeding.
   2. Thrombocytopenia, headache, and abdominal pain.
   3. Respiratory distress and pain.
   4. Confusion and decreased peripheral vascular resistance.
