Answer to Question 1

C
Current trends in teen behavior have led to an increase in skipped meals. Teens often try to catch up in the evening and end up consuming too many calories. Fast food is inexpensive and convenient to the teen lifestyle, so the use of these restaurants has increased. An increase in snacking and in drinking carbonated beverages has also increased obesity.

Answer to Question 2

B
Good nutritional sources of iron include boiled egg yolk, liver, green leafy vegetables, iron-fortified cereals, dried fruits, beans, nuts, and whole-grain breads.
