A client who delivered 2 hours ago tells the nurse that she is exhausted and feels guilty because her friends told her how euphoric they felt after giving birth. How should the nurse respond?
 
  1. Everyone is different, and both responses are normal.
  2. Most mothers do feel euphoria; I don't know why you don't.
  3. It's good for me to know that because it might indicate a problem.
  4. Let me bring your baby to the nursery so that you can rest.
