  2. Zithromax (Azithromycin) 1 mg p.o. b.i.d. for 2 weeks.
  3. Doxycycline (Vibramycin) 100 mg p.o. b.i.d. for a week.
  4. Metronidazole (Flagyl) 500 mg p.o. b.i.d. for a week.
