Answer to Question 1

A

Impulsivity and distractibility are manifestations of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). A diminished ability to think or concentrate, carelessness, and inattention to details are clinical manifestations of a depressive disorder. A refusal to leave the house, even to play with friends, is characteristic of separation anxiety disorder.

A, C, D
The CSF laboratory results for bacterial meningitis include elevated WBC counts, cloudy or milky in color, and decreased glucose. The protein is elevated and there should be no RBCs present. RBCs are present when the tap was traumatic.
