Acupuncture uses fine needles, not Sea bands. Therapeutic touch involves the practitioner's hands being placed a few inches above the physical body. Tai chi is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that uses movement to work with the chi, or the conversion of matter to energy or energy to matter in the body.
