Answer to Question 1

A, B, F
Further clarification is needed if one of the men responded infrequent ejaculation, wearing loose-fitting clothing, or excessive cold showers. The factors that interfere with sperm count include frequent ejaculations, wearing tight-fitting clothing, overuse of saunas and hot tubs, and marijuana use.

Answer to Question 2

A
Cyclic ovulation usually begins sooner in the nonlactating mother. Involution may occur earlier in the breastfeeding mother, because of the stimulation of the breast increasing uterine contractions that lead to involution. Like involution, the lochial change may occur earlier in the breastfeeding mother. Nonlactating mothers can resume oral contraception as early as 2 to 3 weeks after delivery; whereas the use of oral contraceptives in breastfeeding mothers usually is discouraged until breastfeeding is well established, which usually is at least 4 to 6 weeks.
