Answer to Question 1

B
According to census data, the marriage rate is per 1,000 total population is 7.1.

Answer to Question 2

B
Because in taking-hold the mother is interested in participating in the neonate's care, encouraging participation in diaper changes and circumcision care would be an appropriate nursing action. Asking dad to feed infant while mom is in the shower will not assist the mother with taking hold. Keeping room lights off to allow for adequate rest and returning infant to nursery during the 11 to 7 shift would be more appropriate for the taking-in phase.
