Answer to Question 1

C
Response:
The parents need to understand the child's behavior. The reason for stealing at age 10 may be that the child wants the item or is trying to impress his peers, or it may be a sign of anxiety. More information is needed before the nurse can effectively work with the family. The parents should work together with the child to decide how the item will be returned. The child will lose face but gain integrity by returning the stolen item. Reminding the child about stealing on a daily basis may ruin the child's self-esteem.

Answer to Question 2

B
Response:
A macule is a flat, discolored area on the skin. A papule is a small raised bump on the skin. A vesicle is a fluid-filled bump on the skin. Scaling is flaking of the skin.

Daylight saving time is used in some islands, but not in others—further shifting the hours out of sync with natural time.
