Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

A
Exposure of all parts of the skin increases effectiveness of phototherapy.
It is important to increase oral feedings, but not necessarily water. However, this is not re-ducing the bilirubin.
Placing eye patches is important to protect the eyes; however, this is not what affects the bi-lirubin levels.
Wrapping the infant in blankets will prevent the phototherapy from getting to the skin and being effective. The infant should be uncovered and unclothed.
