Answer to Question 1

B
A person who has a history of high-risk behaviors should be rescreened during the third tri-mester.
The vaccine may not have time to affect a person with high-risk behaviors.
The first trimester is too early to discuss feeding methods with a woman in the high-risk cat-egory.
Hepatitis B is transmitted through blood.

Answer to Question 2

A
Lying supine increases the discomfort of back labor. A sitting or kneeling position may help the fetal head to rotate to occiput anterior. Rocking the pelvis encourages rotation from occiput posterior to occiput anterior. Squatting aids both rotation and fetal descent.
