At 40 weeks' gestation, a woman in for her prenatal visits states to the nurse I am tired of being pregnant. What is the appropriate response by the nurse?
 
  A) Do you need to speak with someone about your feelings?
  B) That is a very normal feeling, especially at this point in pregnancy.
  C) Most woman would have asked to be induced by this point, is that what you want?
  D) Are you getting enough rest? If you don't take time for rest, that is why you might be tired.
