Desired/available  volume = milliliters per dose
(0.3 mg/0.4 mg)  1 mL = 0.75 mL/dose

Children should be provided with information about what they can do and how they will feel. With children who are egocentric, analogies, experiences, and assurances that communication is private will not be effective because the child is not capable of understanding.
