Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Store brands are big business. The traditional idea behind private label store brands is that they are less expensive and more of a me-too product offering rather than being an innovative offering. Traditionally, the packaging of store brands was thought to be unattractive and of less quality. However, today retailers are offering premium private label store brands. Retailers can offer the same or higher-quality products at lower prices due to lower costs.
