Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

First, there is your own experience. If you have experience with a certain type of purchase, you typically will trust your own experience the most. If we have less experience with a purchase, we typically go to friends or family for expectations. People also will go with experts in the case of not have a lot of experience with a purchase. The next source of information is any marketing mix element. This source is trusted the least since the information is coming from the company, and of course the consumer expects the company to be biased about its own product. The last source is third-party communications like the Internet and Consumer Reports. Consumers find this info valid since its from a third party.
