Answer to Question 1

Sticky websites are those that attract repeat visitors and keep them on the site for a long period of time. The best sticky sites are those that are moderately complex with respect to the number of links, graphics, and overall page length. Too much or too little information is unlikely to attract or keep consumer interest.

Sticky sites deliver substance, are easy to use, and are entertaining. To attract visitors daily, or even multiple times in a day, a website for a major airline post recurring information that is important to travelers like weather reports as well as departure and arrival times. The site should also incorporate engaging interactive features such as opportunities for posting travel stories and interacting with other travelers via chats or blogs.
