Answer to Question 1

In the workplace, the customer is the reason your job exists. The customer pays your salary by purchasing the services or products of your organization. The customer is, therefore, a company's greatest asset, and you'll be expected to provide every customer with the best service, whether or not customer service is a responsibility listed on your job description. Getting along with customers is vital to your company's success. Always greet customers with a positive, upbeat attitude. Treat the customer like he or she is right, even if you disagree. Smile and show that you're approachable. Be respectful and try to meet the customer's needs.

Answer to Question 2

When you go for an interview you have only one opportunity to give a positive impression of yourself. Whatever impression you give to a potential employer, he or she will likely retain that impression even if your behavior is different later on. One way to make a good impression is through packaging. Packaging is your way of promoting yourself to an employer. If your attitude is positive, you appear self-confident, and your appearance is neat and professional, the employer is going to notice you. Good packaging can help you stand out from the rest of the candidates.
