Answer to Question 1

Advertising is a form of promotion in which you communicate with your audience (customers) through non-personal, paid media. Examples are television commercials, Internet ads, and a printed flyer posted on a public bulletin board.

Answer to Question 2

Satisfaction is an expectation that all consumers have. Meeting satisfaction means that consumers will return to the product or service.
