Answer to Question 1

Viral marketing is a marketing phenomenon that facilitates and encourages people to pass along a marketing message; nicknamed viral because exposing people to a message mimics the process of passing a virus or disease from one person to another. Guerilla marketing is unconventional, nontraditional, not by the book, extremely flexible, and usually at a low cost. The term stems from a guerilla, a member of an irregular, usually indigenous, military or paramilitary unit that operates in small bands in occupied territory to harass and undermine the enemy by using tactics such as surprise raids.
