Public relations is a form of communications management that seeks to make use of publicity and other nonpaid forms of promotion and information to influence the feelings, opinions, or beliefs about the company, about its products or services, or about the value of the products or services or the activities of the organization to buyers, prospects, or other stakeholders. Publicity is the non-paid-for communication of information about the company or product, generally in some media form. Finally, buzz marketing is capturing attention of consumers and the media to the point where talking about your brand becomes entertaining, fascinating, and newsworthy.
