Answer to Question 1

D
High population growth in spite of limited natural resources has led to famine and precipitated conflict in Ethiopia, Somalia, Rwanda, and Burundi in Sub-Saharan Africa. In these markets, the overall infrastructure is insufficient and cannot meet the basic needs of the population.

Answer to Question 2

B
Because third-country nationals have a great deal of experience working in foreign countries and foreign cultures it is unlikely that they will experience culture shock. Also, because the third-country national is not from the home-country, repatriation is not an issue. However, for both home-country and third-country nationals, it is not uncommon for local governments to delay visas or otherwise complicate the hiring process.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
