Answer to Question 1

The essence of Web 2.0 websites is interaction. The social nature of digital media allows marketers to open up channels of communication with their existing and target customers.

Internet users have taken to blogging to share information regarding product reviews, pricing information, performance issues, customer service levels and other first-hand experiences. Blogs, therefore, are important sources of information regarding customers' needs and aid in troubleshooting.

Social networking sites like Facebook allow marketers to identify new market opportunities and potential target groups, conduct polls, set up events'pages and invite guests, and are also suitable for online advertising. Popular networking sites provide marketers with the benefit of wide reach enabling them to collect large amounts of data from a huge audience at relatively lower costs and limited know-how.

Every person over six months of age should get an annual flu vaccine. The vaccine cannot cause you to get influenza, but in some seasons, may not be completely able to prevent you from acquiring influenza due to changes in causative viruses. The viruses in the flu shot are killed—there is no way they can give you the flu. Minor side effects include soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given. It is possible to develop a slight fever, and body aches, but these are simply signs that the body is responding to the vaccine and making itself ready to fight off the influenza virus should you come in contact with it.
