What does recommitting a product mean?

Recommitting occurs when a product that was originally developed and promoted for a specific purpose is now marketed for other purposes.

Answer to Question 2

The Missoni brand is sold to Target. Target assumes the risk of marketing the product while Missoni receives a percentage of profits.
