Answer to Question 1

Big data can be collected from credit card and communication companies, smartphone GPS devices, social media sites, clicks made on websites, and other customer contacts.

Answer to Question 2

The movie theater has a captive audience which allows them to charge high prices for concessions. The theater must be alert to the price point where the most merchandise is sold, or it may end up diminishing sales.
