Q is a statistic that indicates how far apart group means must be in order to be significantly different. The Q statistic is calculated for Tukey's HSD test. You must know alpha, k (the number of means to be compared or the number of groups), and the degrees of freedom associated with the denominator of the F ratio (degrees of freedom within groups).
